This has been a long time coming but shipping is finally complete! We've received the Shades of Magic books and will be getting those last few orders out the door here in the next couple weeks. Thank you all so, so much for your patience. We couldn't have done this without you all! <3
One final note...
There are always a few folks who, for any number of reasons, missed their backer surveys and as a result, never provided their shipping information. THE ULTIMATE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY OMNIBUS
This one seemed like something a lot of you guys might like to be aware of!
On May 5th, Wraithmarked will be releasing what we believe could be considered the most ambitious omnibus edition of Douglas Adam's THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY series ever produced.
As in not only is it a full-color book, but it's going to include 42 full-color illustrations. And that's JUST the interior art. So add in the Smyth-sewn binding. And acid-free paper. And custom covers. And end sheets. And cloth wrapping. And... Well... You get the picture.

Hey all! Just a quick reminder to all Andrew Rowe readers that Book 3 in the ARCANE ASCENSION series is now live on Kickstarter!
THE TORCH THAT IGNITES THE STARS will be a perfect match to Books 1 and 2 in the series, making them a great set to have on your shelf!

Merch Has Arrived! Shades of Magic Add-On Update! And... a Wraithmarked Update!

Hey there folks!
For Non-US folks awaiting their merch items...
We just wanted to drop by really quickly to let you know that the reordered merchandise has finally been received at our office! Woohoo!
In case some folks aren't aware, we had to replace a bunch of merchandise (bookmarks, prints, etc.) to our home office due to a mishap at our international fulfillment partners warehouse. You can check out that update in length HERE!
We'll be packing up all of these additional goodies for backers who may have had them missing from their original shipment. If you have moved in between that time and now, please let us know by sending us a ticket to [email protected]! If you did not move, you do not have to do anything - we will get your items to you as soon as we can! :)
For backers with a Shades of Magic add-on...
We received our sample of the new printed books and they look awesome! The rest have been printed and are being packed up as we speak! Currently, we're just awaiting confirmation from the shipping company and then they'll be sent to their respective fulfillment locations! :D
A look behind the curtain...
Typically, we like to show you guys behind the scenes goings on when it comes to book production such as quote requests, a look at the interior art and merch goodies offered during the campaign, maybe even an author signing - that kind of stuff! However, when we can, we also like to let you folks know that we are still a small, independent company with a handful of dedicated employees wanting to make waves in the publishing world. We've come a long way from when we ran our very first campaign, which brings us to today...
We are officially moving into our first warehouse! No more garages or storage units! WOOHOO!
This may not be the most exciting news for some, but for us, it was a looong time coming. We are so excited to begin this new journey in a new location, and we've already started moving our things over! We now have a loading dock! (Like I said, very exciting for us)
That being said, during this process, our support and responses will be a little longer than normal as it's all-hands-on-deck for the move. We're anticipating things to return to normal later next week, but keep in mind, we may have a slight backlog to get through. An Update For Those with a Shades of Magic Add-On!

Hi there everyone!
Firstly, apologies for the copy/paste nature of this update as a handful of campaigns are currently in the same spot. As it stands, this campaign is 90% fulfilled! Horray! :D
That being said, we just wanted to update you folks who ordered a copy of A Darker Shade of Magic to your order. Currently, this reprint is scheduled to be completed at the end of January. Meaning, if everything goes as planned and there are no more hiccups (knock on wood), these would leave the printing facility and be on boats between then and the first two weeks in February!
Please keep in mind this is still an estimate, and with everything that has gone on this past year, please take this estimate with a grain of salt.
From there, we'll await their arrival and once again, do a thorough quality check. For those of you who stopped by our booth at Dragonsteel Nexus, you've seen firsthand the numerous issues we were presented with. We will absolutely be checking every detail and making sure these books meet our Wraithmarked standard - you guys deserve nothing less for deluxe editions especially after all this time patiently waiting.
In addition to Shades of Magic, the remaining 10% of fulfillment rests on the remaining merchandise items fulfilling from our office here in the States for Non-US folks only. The quick and dirty of it: due to issues with the merchandise items failing to be received at our international fulfillment partner's warehouse, we have decided to fulfill those separate items from our home office.
So, non-US backers who had more than just a book on your order, you can expect two packages. The first, from our international fulfillment partner, will contain your book(s). The second will come directly from our office here in the US and will include your merch items (bookmarks, pins, etc.).

An Update on Fulfillment: Books and Merch Items to Ship Seperately for Non-US Orders!

Hey there, everyone!
Following up on our last update, we wanted to relay some important information regarding the delay for Non-US orders this past month. International folks - stick around as this information is important! This update will have a copy/paste element to it as it affects a few campaigns; our apologies!
Prior to fulfillment, the Wraithmarked Team orders all merch associated with a campaign and then packs and ships the appropriate amount to our international fulfillment partner in the UK. This care package contains items such as deluxe bookmarks, prints, enamel pins, etc., and is essential to the process, as typically, fulfillment cannot begin without them, and most of the orders contain one or more items in addition to the book.
In preparation for a few of our campaigns, we packed up a bunch of merchandise for our international fulfillment partner, this campaign being one of them. We sent this package out the second week in September, and when we inquired if the items were added to their inventory, received word then that additional postage was due to UPS. Our shipping partner assured us that they dealt with the situation, but a few weeks later, the box was back on our doorstep. We quickly repacked the merchandise box and had that second box out the door on November 3rd.
This time, the box was successfully delivered and signed for on November 6th. Given the previous issue, however, we asked for confirmation. After getting no response at first, we were eventually told that the box had been misplaced and that our shipping partner was attempting to locate it.
As a reminder, this applies to Non-US shipments only.
This leads us to now... Over a month after the box was signed for and then lost, we're moving forward with fulfillment. You can expect two packages. The first, from our international fulfillment partner, will contain your book(s). The second will come directly from our office here in the US and will include your merch items (bookmarks, pins, etc.).
We sincerely apologize for the delays, folks... The decision to move forward isn't an easy one, but we can't keep you all waiting longer than you already have in hopes that our merch box (valued at ~$16,000) will turn up. We're going to need to reorder all of it, and we need to do that now. While you wait for your merchandise to ship from us here, you'll be able to at least enjoy the book.
Again, we're incredibly sorry. We are frustrated with this entire situation, with our fulfillment partner, and we can't expect you all to keep extending your patience and support longer than we've already asked you to.
