Dragonsteel Nexus was a wonderful experience for all of us - this was our first time vending at this convention and we had no idea what to expect. I think I speak for the whole Wraithmarked crew when I say we were all blown away by the support and love y'all shared with us. We had so many of you come by, tell us where you heard of us from, what campaigns you backed, what you were looking forward to, and lots of folks who had no idea we were gonna be there! We saw some new faces (hello if you late pledged to this campaign!) and chatted with any and everyone. The whole trip was a blast!

Thank you again for making our first Dragonsteel Nexus the best convention we've ever been to!

Now for a campaign check-in...

For US backers... fulfillment is going smoothly! If you have yet to receive your package, please send us a ticket to [email protected] and we can help you out!

For Non-US backers... we've locked addresses and fulfillment is set to begin! As mentioned in our last update, our international fulfillment partner was in the middle of a warehouse move, effectively halting a lot of their fulfillment. We'll be posting a follow-up update for you folks specifically next week, so stay tuned! Apologies for the delays and we're thankful y'all are still holdin out with us. <3

Slight Delay to Non-US Fulfillment

Hi there everyone!

Just a quick update for you all today. We received word from our international fulfillment partner that there's a little bit of a delay to fulfilling non-US orders. 

Our fulfillment partner overseas has been in the middle of a warehouse move for the past couple months, effectively slowing all pledge processing and fulfillment. We've received word that things are more so returning to normal this week, so they'll hopefully be able to really dig in to the bulk of international shipping near the end of the month! (It's almost December, holy cow, where has the time gone??)

US and Non-US Backers: Locking Addresses in 48 hours!

Howdy, all!

Following up on our last update, we've got confirmation that the books have been received by both our domestic fulfillment partner as well as our international fulfillment partner! To make sure we're ready for that, we're going to be locking addresses for ALL backers by Monday. 

If you try to change your address after Monday, it may take a few days to reply as it's Indigenous Peoples Day here in the states - we'll be out of the office! You can expect an email from Backerkit today informing you of a 48-hour window to make final changes before they lock. Keep in mind that there WILL be some delay as multiple campaigns have arrived simultaneously. They will be processing them in order of anticipated fulfillment.

• If you are expecting a change of address in the next few weeks, either provide your new address or a different permanent address that's close enough for you to pick them up.
• When this window expires, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change the address before your pledge ships.  
• Once addresses lock, we'll provide our fulfillment partners with the shipping list for this campaign. Depending on their workload it may take up to three-four or so weeks for them to begin fulfillment. Please be aware that our fulfillment partners pack and ship pledges in an order that maximizes their efficiency. It is not something that we dictate to them. 
• When your order ships you will get an email with tracking information. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the tracking information to update.

Even though it is rare, it may take between 3-5 business days to respond (though usually faster) and we do not work on holidays or weekends. We appreciate your patience! <3

A Note for Backers in the UAE...

To avoid excessive delays in shipping, please make sure to supply a PO Box number in addition to your address information. We have had repeated issues delivering pledges without them. 

Books Have Left the Printer!

Hi everyone!

We've just gotten confirmation that the books have left the printer! YEEESSS! As we've mentioned in previous updates, our international shipping partner will be getting them first, so we're going to start preparing for the first leg of fulfillment. 

For Non-US Backers

Because our international fulfillment partner is closer to our printer, they are usually the first to get the books. This typically takes 1-2 weeks. Once we have confirmation of receipt, we'll be able to start fulfillment. Keep in mind that there may be some delay as multiple campaigns have arrived simultaneously. They will be processing them in order of anticipated fulfillment. Here's what you can expect:

• First, please take the time now to make sure the shipping address you provided us is correct. If you're not sure how to check that, go to the link below and enter your email address (the one used on your Kickstarter account).

• Within the next week or two, we'll be locking addresses for non-US backers only. You can expect to receive an email from Backerkit indicating that you have 48 hours to update your address before it locks. 
  When this window expires, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change the address before your pledge ships.  
• Once addresses lock, we'll provide our international fulfillment partner with the shipping list for this campaign. Once our shipping partner has confirmed receipt of the books, they'll be able to start fulfillment soon after. That said, depending on their workload it may take up to two weeks for them to begin fulfillment (though this is rare). Please be aware that our fulfillment partner packs and ships pledges in an order that maximizes their efficiency. It is not something that we dictate to them.

Your books have to cross the ocean to reach our fulfillment partner in Houston, TX. This process can take between 6-8 weeks from the date of shipment from the printer, and is highly sensitive to weather conditions, shipping congestion, customs delays, etc. We'll keep you posted with updates on that process as we get them.

Once the books do arrive in-country, we'll follow the process described above for non-US backers. 

That said, we do recommend that you take an opportunity to verify your shipping address now. If you're not sure how to check that, go to the link below and enter your email address (the one used on your Kickstarter account).

Shipping Update!

Hey everyone!

We just heard yesterday from CPi that they've shifted the anticipated shipping date to the end of August/early September. This means that our Non-US shipping partner would get the books roughly a week to ten days later. After that, we can expect our US shipping partner to receive the books towards early October. We wanted to let you folks know ASAP as this campaign is on the cusp of being slightly delayed! That being said, these shipping dates ARE unfortunately subject to change. We're hoping these dates stick, though!

We know hearing about delays is never ideal, but we want to be as transparent as possible with backers on all of our campaigns. You guys hear it all whether it's good or bad! Thank you all for sticking with us and for your continued support!
